Take your game to the next level this summer with our position- and skill-focused clinics! Designed for middle and high school athletes, these small-group sessions provide high-rep, hands-on instruction in hitting, serving, passing, and defense — all led by our experienced Assistant Coach, Kait.

Whether you’re building a strong foundation in middle school or sharpening your skills as a varsity-level athlete, our GA clinics give you focused attention, actionable feedback, and lots of reps to help you improve and gain confidence on the court.

Hitters Skill Clinic

The Hitters Skill Clinic breaks down footwork, timing, and arm swing mechanics to help athletes become confident, versatile hitters. Learn to combine aggressiveness with strategic shot selection to elevate your offensive game.

Athletes will work on:

Proper footwork and approach mechanics
Arm swing and contact technique for consistent power
Shot selection and strategy to challenge defenders

Who Should Attend:

Club or high school hitters seeking to refine their offensive skills
Athletes looking to improve consistency, power, and versatility

Serve & Pass Skill Clinic

The Serve & Pass Skill Clinic focuses on improving serving mechanics and passing control. Athletes will learn to maintain consistency, read the server, and position themselves to keep the team in system.

Athletes will work on:

Toss and arm movement mechanics for a reliable serve
Reading the server and moving efficiently on serve receive
Passing aggressive serves with proper platform and body shape

Who Should Attend:

Athletes seeking to improve serve consistency and serve-receive performance
Club or high school players wanting better control in system

Defensive Skill Clinic

The Defensive Skill Clinic is designed to improve ball control and defensive technique. Athletes will learn to read attackers, stay consistent, and defend aggressively while helping the team transition efficiently.

Athletes will work on:

Reading the attacker and anticipating plays
Proper platform technique for controlled digs
Maintaining consistent movement to support team transitions

Who Should Attend:

Club or high school athletes aiming to sharpen defensive skills
Players who want to improve consistency, confidence, and court awareness

Middle School All-Skills Clinic

The Middle School All-Skills Clinic introduces young athletes to the core volleyball skills needed to build a strong foundation. Athletes will work on serving, passing, hitting, and defense in a fun, supportive environment.

Athletes will work on:

Serving mechanics and consistency
Proper platform and movement on serve receive
Basic hitting techniques and shot selection
Defensive positioning and ball control

Who Should Attend:

Middle school athletes who want to improve their overall skills or are new to volleyball
Players wanting to develop a strong foundation and confidence in all skills
